Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Service Bookings & Refunds
- Payments made for bookings are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds will only be provided in cases where SanatanSeva.org is unable to fulfill the service due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Users may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service and receive a refund, subject to a processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service.
- Refunds will also be considered in cases of double transactions or incorrect charges.
- If a priest is unavailable for a confirmed booking, users may choose to reschedule or request a refund.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the booking date.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- SanatanSeva.org is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or financial institutions.
